Directions : For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay on the importance of having a sense of social responsibility. You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.

This fast developing society is watching dramatic changes made by human being. However, there are still many worrisome phenomenon or event behind the brilliant development.  We can see stylish lady throwing coffee cup onto the ground.  We can see smart-suited gentleman pretending blinded when bullying happened around. What a  civilized society needs is not only technology but also the sense of responsibility of its residents.

Having a sense of responsibility means individuals become the contributor to the society, not only the owner. Shouldering the responsibility to build a better world, people will pay more attention to the inappropriate behavior.  Willingly, walking tourists will keep litter in a paper bag beside backpack instead of leaving it on the long-chair. The reason is that they realize they are able to keep the beautiful spot as clean as possible. With a sense of responsibility, it would be a warmer society, because part of crime or  accidents could be prohibited before happening, possibly, by citizens with justice.

To conclude, the larger number of people having a sense of social responsibility, the more harmonious our society will be. It is high time that every one made effort to perfect our living society.
